Once the program has been agreed on a deposit of 25% is paid, rest will be paid in increments based on a calendar depending on time of booking and trip date. International money transfer to our account in Turkey or Zelle to Bank Of America in the US is accepted.
Not at all. Our trips cover all the featured items. We cover all local taxes and operational fees. Meals and any optional requests can be added separately.
Timing and probability of this can be set for each trip separately. Based on goodwill we try to accommodate any modifications within an acceptable time prior to the actual trip.
We try to use locally owned and operated accommodation reflecting the local culture&arts. This could be a small 5*luxury hotel in Istanbul, a cave room in Cappadocia, a thermal complex in Pamukkale, a village home converted into comfortable rooms in Ephesus area or boutique style resort along the coastal areas like Bodrum. Once in the countryside we may also use family run chalets or actual houses.
